Practical exams start in 10 days; 3 pracs over 2 weeks. Then comes the written exams up till 16th November. Yes that’s the last and very last. Tuesday’s the last school day.. I shall not go on about it - it’s so sad to think about it. Everything’s now turning to be the last of this and that. Oh well. I’ve been studying very, mildly? Not really into the “studying” mood yet. After exams, I’m going to have about 2-3 weeks left to pack, and spend precious time with friends whom I’d probably won’t be seeing for a while. There’s the usual Speech Day and prom, which I, currently, don’t feel like going because it seems to be very.. troublesome, if you know what I mean. Transport, getting ready, yada yada. Plus, it’s going to be pricey. I am aware that it IS a once-in-a-lifetime considering I won’t be graduating from high school again; perhaps I’ll buy the ticket and stop contemplating.

Don’t expect me to update often. I shouldn’t, and should instead be studying. I will only use the PC to watch shows to relax and not blog-hopping and end up wasting time. I visit blogs, so often, that I could be blogging everyday. But I almost never leave a comment, or just have nothing appropriate to say. So, sorry to those who’ve been commenting here and I seem to be idle over there at yours. Oh and Chien Yee, I saw the award you gave me a while back. Thank you!

Lately, I’ve been thinking about random things. Bad timing to do so. Oh and did I mention that I think it’s sad that all the shows that I watch started showing again just when exams are approaching? The fact that there IS a new show to watch is a little distracting (I think it’s a “little”). Being distracted means less time/concentration for the books. Speaking about time, I seem to suddenly have many things to do after my exams. And I just realized that I’m going to spend less than 2 more months here in Brunei till I leave for good. I’m not going to be studying here anymore or living here. I’ll be back here for holidays sometimes or maybe not too, considering it’ll be more “worthwhile” for my parents to go back than all 3 of us - my brothers and I - to travel here. That’s what’s going to happen next Chinese New Year. They’re going to go back after 10 years of not celebrating back home. I’m excited about being able to spend the new year’s over there with relatives after 10 years but I was looking forward to coming back to Brunei for it, to see my friends and all. Now, that plan probably won’t materialize.

OK, I think my post has been rather jumpy and disorganized. This is the end of the confusing post.

To all those who are about to take their exams, good luck and all the best!

And so begins my month-long hiatus; till the next update…
