I don’t have homework to do right now and I actually thought of studying considering exams are in less than a month BUT, (yes the expected ‘but’), I just don’t feel like it. I’ve convinced myself - it isn’t that near.. So, let’s see when I actually do start. Hopefully soon.

So Friday was MD Open. We won 2 lost 1. The first team we played against was horrible - cheats. And very unsportsman-ish. But ya we beat them by a lot. In the 2nd game, I bent my finger; not on purpose, just that the ball so happened to come flying and I miscalculated and so the ball smashed into my finger. Yeap, *piak*. Crackety. But I played on which, may have been a bad idea because I couldn’t quite balance the ball to shoot. Luckily it was my left hand and not my right or I wouldn’t even be able to catch the ball. Between that game and the next game, I used an icepack which helped relieve the pain a bit but it was getting even more swollen. The next game, I played with an almost numb finger but it was okay. Oh and my parents came, shockingly. After asking them twice to come for my previous matches, they actually turned up that day… but when they came my finger was already injured and I kept missing. *shrugs*

My dad massaged my finger - insanely painful. But definitely effective. On Saturday, my captain, lee teen, gave me the finger guard which I found very cool tehehe. My captain got injured that day. So I was told to have to play GA on Sunday for quarterfinals. BUT BUT, she came! Though really, very risky *tsk tsk* but I’d say, we would have done way worse without her.

We lost though, to MD but it was a good match. Oh the night before, I went to monkey a.k.a. Wan Mei’s birthday party. It was fun though, I knew maybe less than half of them there? Still good. Happy Belated Birthday, MONKEY! =p

I’ve been getting a lot of names lately. It’s like, hardly anyone calls me by my actual name anymore. Hmm..

Tomorrow’s going to be a pretty long day, somewhat. I should go and do something more, purposeful?
